acctually the high you get it the easier to get it higher becomes ... level 25 takes what 175K spies to get another 1tril power? its gonna be harder for them to get more power BUT
it will be even harder for the lower ranked people to get a decent amount of power now

i dont even have 100mil covert

No i mean, once you get to 99.99trill its the highest you can get if you go any higher it goes back to 1 just 1 covert
