I have two pictures of me. One is my avatar, and the other is in my signature

And SGC is right in saying that you must upload the picture to a server in order for us to be able to access it. Currently it lies on your computer. You gave a local path, thus, if I typed that in or whatever, it would look on MY computer for that picture of YOU.
Well, I'm no stalker, so I have no such picture of you on my computer. Even if I did, it wouldn't be in that path, as my computer username isn't Jenny. Catch my drift? I'm just explaining it all so that you can understand what you did and why it didn't work.
