i was ascended and i changed to another ascended race and it didnt cost me anything. is it a bug or is it supposed to do that?

normally when you ascend you allready loose everything, so changing race then is less harmfull

its not a bug...i've heard of ppl changing ascended races and keeping their stuff ^_^

NOTE: You can change advanced race to advanced race as long as you have race changes left to use. There are no ill effects.
BUT - If you change races (to a 'basic' race) you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE BACK to an advanced (post ascension) race -- at least not without reaching ascension again.

Now I have a question related to the Chaos server:

When changing race, you will lose your commander, your race leadership if applicable. You can do this but ONCE per round, with the odd exception of what is granted to the supporter bonus. Be sure firstly, but more importantly, be resolved.

Now I'm assuming this means that there are no other penalties (i.e. naq in bank lost, losing all weapons, losing all trained units, etc), but I want to make sure that this is indeed correct before I change my race. I'm assuming you all can understand my confusion as changing races on Main is much more painful when your race really doesn't make that big of a difference in the long run (don't get me wrong, the bonuses do make a difference, but primarily in playstyle).
