In simple terms, you need to host your pic, then past the URL into your Avy Selection box. under 'profile'.

upload the picture to image shack ( http://www.imageshack.us ) or some other image hosting place, copy the link they give you, make sure you choose the right one, there are several, then go to your profile, scroll done to the bottom, to the box saying avatar, paste the image link they giveyou, and make sure it isnt too big!

What's wrong with photobucket? It's much, MUCH better than Imageshack in my opinion.

Photobucket is good if you need to organise what you have, imageshack is good for "fire and forget" pics you only need to post a couple of times, don't really care if you lose where they are etc.

Yeah, I saw it... it was a little on the large side. Not as bad as some I've seen, but still a little large.
