Do you CO get UU from your UP(upgrade) or you total UP??

at the max rate, the difference btwn natural and total up go to the commander. so basically your left with your raw up and the rest to the CO. when the CO shares less naq with u, u get a higher total up as he/she is taking less uu from u.

I'm not sure i understood that Gate-X.
You seemed to suggest that a CO actualy takes away UP?
The CO just gets a bonus to his based on your Total UP, you lose nothing.
