Titles, such as First Prime...

Just a bquestion which a few newbs have asked me, that i thought i would post it here to get the complete version...

What effect other then decoration do the titles play in either sever if any?
i.e. Does being First Prime give a bonus (however small) to naq production?

by getting enough officers.

i think it was around 5 but may be as low as 1

What is the best title you can have and I have the title God, but I don't know how I got it?

So there is only one title that you can get for having a certain amount of officers?

Normal - 0 Officers
General (or whatever your race has) - 5 Officers?

Is that right?

Then if you are in the top 10 or 100 or something do you get better and more titles?

Guys I just asked Esker this and he said this for Go'auld:

0 officers - None
1-24 officers - God
25 officers - Elder God

First Prime is a title given out to officers by a commander.

i am quite sure this is exactly right, races have different versions of the names but the amount of Officers is the same.

You can give your officers a race specific title but other than making that Officer look better than the others in your list, it has yet to have it's functionality revealed/implemented. I believe when the right time comes, the Officer with First Prime/Colonel etc etc will receive more resources from the Commander or something... but this is purely speculation.

Sorry about digging up this thread but, today I randomly became 'Supreme Commander' and I don't have any officers and I know my commander didn't change anything. I know this doesn't effect anything, I am merely curious as to why these titles are given out.
