Top ranked defense is above 20bill, top ranked strike is above 6bill, or so I would guess. As of last I checked, my defense is larger than the top ranked strike. Hence my large UP. :wink:

i'm talking total my raw is about 650-680 i think

3k raw is still very exceptional. If you've got 3k raw, you've got a nice base. Add charisma to that, and you're in business.
