My Link Untrained person link thingy.

You know this link thingy, that if I can get people to click on it, gives me a untrained dude, how does this work?

For every computer\person that clicks it I get a untrained peon.

Now, how often can someone click the link to give me a peon? Once every 24 hours? Once every week? Only once and that's all from that IP\Computer?
