how does the ranks are working? is it: how higher the number, the best it is,
or is it just the other way?

theres alot of accounts below the top 1000 that have focused on only one aspect ie def/ atk/covert etc. also raiders stay low in ranks so they hav acces to lots of UU farms. there are differents paths that can get you to the 1st rank
who needs submarines anyway, those little black boats just keep sinking under the water anyway.

No definetly not..the best players around and also the strongest arent ranked very high...they dont want to be...
Power is judged otherwise through conections...size of your army..and if you want to have a good rank you need to focus on all skills..
Some players dont....as there is no need to

No definetly not..the best players around and also the strongest arent ranked very high...they dont want to be...
Power is judged otherwise through conections...size of your army..and if you want to have a good rank you need to focus on all skills..

To summarize ; Ranks means nothing unless you are attempting to ascend (If I get any questions about ascending in here heads will roll, comprende?
