Will sending the mothingship to explore take me off PPT?

Also, how many fleets do we need? 1000? 2000?

i dont think it will unless there is a check box, and im guess youll have ot guess whether or not fleet size makes a difference to finding planets.

At a guess, I don't think you need that big a fleet to start with, unless you're stealing someone else's planet, then you have to make sure your mothership fleet power is bigger than the planet's defense. In any case, I'll be comparing my results with my commander since he didn't send away as many fleet as I did.

As stated, it does not drop you off PPT. I started with 1000 fleets, we'll see how it turns out.
