It says "Reset in: NOW!!" so I doubt it's a bug. Either it's a full server reset to get all the players starting with the evolution ability, or just a bit of server maintainence, or general game update.

we had this problem for a short time yesterday, and for a while it dissapeared after updating the browser, but it is back again today...

we believe it is a bug of some sort...

yes but it is no longer just chaos that is screwed up. Main is messed up as well. it seems all the stats except Mothership have fallen on my account for no apparent reason. nothing needs repairing and all my stat numbers are the same. and yet i have fallen from 700 rank to 3000. and im no longer getting G&R so yippee.
