Am I rather stupid or why am I not able to upgrade my fortification?
How do you upgrade the fortification? I did all the upgrades in the tehnology menu except the merc thing wich is not yet fully upgraded and I still have the same fortification ???? Or does the replicator fortification never change?

Hmm... I think there should have been 2 fortification upgrades for replicators. Look to the left of where it says [no more upgrades available] and it should list how many different upgrades of that type you bought.
