what does that mean and whats its point lol

that you can purchasee the best weapons in chaoswars, lower developed races ie 1 level below u cant buy the 100k+ weps

a baby race can only get the weakest weapon, the next higher one can only buy the 2 weakest weapons. it continues till u can buy the strongest wepon

like how much do u have to evolve ur race in order to get da strongest weapon?

that i dont know, i was always a ancient race when the evo fix came. previous evos raised def/med/atk etc by random figures and they stoped that with the fix.
