Reconing Planets
Its almost ALWAYS ??? , even if you can see every other stat the person has, due to the new update you cant keep blindy attacking planets and dissmissing them until you find the one you want unless you want to wait months, so could the probability of no ???'s appearing be the same as other stats if you have a higher covert than the person your spying... i think it is needed.

I think the ??? on planets is fair - because you are reconning their homeworld afterall - perhaps another recon mission - 'recon planet' could be introduced - would cost 2 covert turns instead of one - but has a higher chance of providing more information.

think about it this way. When your agents recon the homeworld the masses of them go through the gate under cover in a covert op over a period of like a month infiltrating abd building alias so they can get info. with planets, they have to get in a high enough position to book passage offworld through ship (which requires money, resoiurces, and standing) especially as planets have newly been discovered so only high profile people are going to be able to get to them. (which is why even the people with the highest spy have trouble seeing it)
while some of you might think "why not go on ship?" well, chances are that any ship heading in system will be detected, and brought in. and if you mothership shows up at the planet. well, why waste the energyu taking weapons fire as you beam down spies to find out the planet stats when you can just steal it.

There are some things in life money can't buy. For everything else, there's superior firepower.
