Rase change

Is it true if you're ascended that you don't loose anything if you change rase from Ancient to System Lord?

You might want to actually read the information that is given in-game (via the 'Change Race' link) before posting in here:

NOTE: You can change advanced race to advanced race as long as you have race changes left to use. There are no ill effects.
BUT - If you change races (to a 'basic' race) you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE BACK to an advanced (post ascension) race -- at least not without reaching ascension again.
