Searching for Planets saves your MS

I have found a use at last. If I send my MS away for 24 hours it doesn't get damaged in my farming and raiding activities. I do not rely on it for defence and I wasted time upgrading it because I thought that planets might be useful.
About the only bl***y use for this upgrade at the moment

So far I have tried very hard to find uses. I even got admin to ugrade defence strengths after an earlier posting which showed the gross mismatch between attack and defence.

I then thought about use as a MS poison chalice where you upgrade to destroy others MS when they cam raiding, that only caused 60 Million in damage hardly even a bl***y nose more of a slapped wrist.

Having wasted cash on MS upgrade I now find myself sending it out to protect my investment whilst I go raiding an farming. This has also been hampered by the DefCon upgrade

All I can say is this upgrade was nice in concept but seriously needs work because it is c**p

You need your MS cos it adds to your stats... If your MS is alot stonger then your opposite who is attacking you and your defence is greater then his offence then your defensive power will be added onto your defence....

So fer a Tauri like me this is all handy cos as you well know defence is toooooo weak so I have a reasonable defence with a double the power on my MS..

My defence is 18 Billion therefore the 4 Billion extra offense provided is not that much!

I send my MS away 24/7 (shhh)
Because I raid..and i have 150 of those little fleets so it costs a bit extra to repair if it is there
SO i just send it away, I dont get attacked anyway because the most naq I usualy have out is 30 million

I only equip mine with fleets if there is some bugger who nicked one of my planets then I go and steal it back. Mostly my MS is away 24/7 as well to keep it out of harms way during raiding and farming otherwise it would increase the cost.
