Attack weapons not working

I just spent over 500 million on attack weapons and they are not increasing in the armory and my strike action is not increasing. please help.

i can't train any super soldier raiders, it wont let me. i tried training 1 and it just goes through without taking money or training the soldier and i have over 10k untrained troops

Well to train Super Soldiers, you must have trained a normal raider first.. Super Soldier = Normal Raider + Some more training
