Id agree with that a hack does sound a bit more realistic if it was a bug more people would be affected

Triple H attack for 6bill and stole 6 TRILL, getting himself a nice 70K UP (bit more actually) and 2 more covert levels, maybe this is related ?

yes, although he has apparently admittred to admin, he also requested 2 spy levels to stay, and i doubt admin will remove the UU that has been made in between time taken to act.
