I just wanted to confirm this...
If i change from system lord back down to Asgard, will i loose all my supers and trained troops, but my weapons will be sold and put into my bank at their selling rate?
Changing race.

no you lose everything except your covert skills, unit production, mothership, miners, untrained military, mercs, and on hand resources.

On the plus side, you can change races with no penalty (aside from that mentioned above!!)
Your weapons will be sold at cost, and the Naquadah deposited into your offsite storage.
Your cumulitive race bonuses, of course, will disappear. You will revert to JUST the bonuses of the race you choose.
so your weapons do get sold
