Relations bug (setting relations)

I've had reports of the same person being able to change relations with somebody within minutes of setting a relation:

This was from one persons message log:

TRA TRA(35924) has set their relation with you to: Neutral Jun 05, 2006 reply delete delete all from this user
TRA TRA(35924) has set their relation with you to: War Jun 05, 2006 reply delete delete all from this user
TRA TRA(35924) has set their relation with you to: War Jun 05, 2006
TRA TRA(35924) has set their relation with you to: Neutral Jun 12, 2006 reply delete delete all from this user
TRA TRA(35924) has set their relation with you to: War Jun 12, 2006

This was from another:

TRA(35924) has set their relation with you to: Neutral 13:06
TRA(35924) has set their relation with you to: War 13:05

Now it may be that the actual relation does not change - but the message still gets sent - I don't know - i can't check at the moment.

i also got this from the same person... it was weird, and when i asked TRA he said its cause he has offiers and he like a fair hunt for naq rather than farming the same ppl over and over. which in no way answered my question but ehh, i dont realy care... he undeclared war with me

wierd I noticed that yesterday after I ascended I declared peace with alliance mates and friends and by mistake declared war and just to see it delcalred peace and it let me never did befor wierd

this is kinda the place for this , and i know simalar posts have been made ,

but here go's

in my peace /war lists , a lot have gone , and b4 u say "ITS THE ROLLBACK"
i had more then 2 peace treaties, u know like from months ago and shyt, and about 1/2 "2pages" of my farms in my war list have gone, and thay have been there for weeks/months, and idea adnim ?

lol again i have this aswell, i had 9 farm pages and now i only have 4 and for some reason i have 1/2 of my alliances members set to neutral, when there always set to peace.
