untraining
when i try to untrain my miners most of the time it doesnt i have 70,000 and i tryed to untrain 10,000 but when i did it didnt untrain them and there was no red writing anywere saying i couldnt and if i drop then number is sometimes lets me is this normal admin

You have to make sure you have that many miners to untrain - you may have 70k miners - but how many are lifers (untrainable)?
