The treasury amount ?????

Alot of the people in quantam has there treasury amount hidden and has it replaced by just a bunch of ?????. What is the upgrade that makes this happen? Is it a covert upgrade or something like that?

it shows ????? because you do not have high enough covert power to see what they have..untill u do..they will always be ?????

ok.......so it depends on what covert level they have if they can see my naq or not?

If their covert power (based on no. of spies, covert level and covert technology upgrades) is significantly higher than yours then you cannot see their treasury (and if sufficiently higher then you cannot see the army size either).
