Banned accounts - do they still grow?

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

Banned accounts - do they still grow?

Do Ostracized accounts grow in terms of UU, or is that static?

(I've looked and I dont notice any difference, but the naq I know increases.)

Yes they still do grow in the amount of UU they get. I know I raid a few of them regularly.
