For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

I got a guy he is my officer but how the hell does he join my allaince? he tried to find to join but no luck. He went to the rankings page and I couldnt invite or he couldnt 'ask to join'

He must go to is comand center and click in the botton alliances then he searches for your alliance ad clicks to join, make sure that your alliance isn´t full and your alliance lider agrees to your officer's joining

If he is at the same IP address that might cause problems. I know you cannot have an officer that has the same IP as you at last login. So, if both of you use the same computer one of you may want to join another alliance or use a diffirent computer for a day.
