Chaos Switch race

I swear I've looked everywhere for this, when you switch races in CHAOS do you lose everything? because it seems like you don't lose anything but your commander

u lose weps and i think the soldiers too but techs stays

are you certain? because it says:
When changing race, you will lose your commander, your race leadership if applicable. You can do this but ONCE per round, with the odd exception of what is granted to the supporter bonus. Be sure firstly, but more importantly, be resolved.

but nothing about weps or anything, also, what if I lend them?
