if you want to join someone, there is a button under their stats that says "make my commander". if you want to join them click it

if you want officers, make a recruitment thread in that area, the recruitment...area

First... this is a forum not an IRC. You don't need to bump your thread every two minutes.

On to the questions:
To get officers, you need to get another player to click the 'make user my commander button' that they can find near the bottom of your stat/front page.

To Be and officer, Find a would-be commander’s stat/front page, and click 'make user my commander'.

(When I say 'stat page' I am referring to the one that lists the options such as declare war, attack, sab, and etc.)
