imcome problem

before i went to bed last night i was earning 115 mil naq a turn and when i woke up i had an incoem of 89 mil and i have bought more lifers i have just over 1.5 mil miners
i did get an officer over teh night but he left when he started up his on faction i have no officers so i should now be getting i thkn 130 mil or there abouts

if i set my incoem to officers rate to 10% it changes my incoem but i have no officers

1. gain an officer and keep/dismiss him

OR

2. untrain a miner and then retrain him
