Up get's lower and lower

My own up stays...but my total up is dropping...i had 7,1k yesterday!
Today when i loged on i had 6,6k and now i have 6,1k!!!

I didn't lost oany officer...their up is same....i didn't change the rate...it's on 30%...

help plz..

Planets lost their UP bonuses.

Only UP Planets give UP bonuses now.

My planets up is higher, from 800 to 900, and then it went to 1300
