Attack + Defence Weapon Ratings Wrong

I've just ascended for the second time, and when i was buying back some weapons, I noticed that the rating for the weapons were wrong.

On my first ascention i had 50k weapons (defence) making 7.4 bil, with 10k on my second ascention i got 0.6 bil. 0.6 times 5 is 3bil. Also the Units are fully trained.

Help if you can.
