What does this mean, never seen it before. No one is attacking at the same time, at least no one is getting naq if they are. It just won't let me attack. Is this new????

It means that someone attacked that player from your IP address in the last little bit.

It's to avoid multying, etc.

the time slot is 24 hours. Did your fiancee attack the person in the last 24 hours?

If u 2 play from the same location (IP) u should ask admins to alow 2 access from that ip, or u will get such messages, cant send to each other, and maybe even worse things could happen...
And u have to prove somehow that u are 2 different person, and explain the situation. I think thiw has worked before...
and yeah i think this is to avoid multiing...
