Just about ready to ascend when I notice how much UU I need.
I have an UP planet, and it also adds towards the raw UP .. should it be doing that or not?
so say I have a up of 5k and a UP Planet that gives 2.5k
Ascending normally does 5k*(mysterious number) of UU needed.
Instead I need 7.5k*(mysterious number) to ascend, but on the min. UP, it lists my "5k" UP.

yes but if his up is above the required then he has a problem
1st ascention - 499 up
2nd ascention - 999up
3rd ascention - 1599up
continuing at 500 up intervals per ascension
