MY planet isnt giving em squat nothing...

....OK, i grab a planet and i wait for the benfits to kcik in it has been 3 turns since i grabbed the planet adn i dont get anything


the planet is a income planet...it has a higher income than my raw income but still it should give me 50% but guesse what its giving ME NOTHING..i chedk ti for 2 turns...nothing...i had zero naq and chedk as the turn went by and no benefits whats up with this?
