Income Problem

Okay, here's the deal.
My income was 650 mil per turn.
I untrained 1,480,000 spies and made them into miners after starting a market bought ppt as I always do.
My income did not increase from this, it dropped rather.
My income fell from 650 mil per turn to 560 mil per turn after training more miners.
My income should be quite a bit higher than it presently is as I do this quite a bit so I am able to help my brothers in Omega rebuild and reach goals.
I do not have any officers, nor a commander.

After talking to several people they all agreed that something was wrong and none of them had had anything like that happen so I figured it was a bug of some sort.

Please fix this as soon as possible.

probably a but but em have u maybe turn on def con?if not then it is a bug

Tried changing defcon a few times, no change.

try to made yourself own commander and then dismiss yourself so u won't have any commander again and then wait till the next turn,this might help ;-)

it mite have something to do with the lifers not making income (that was a bug awhile ago right?)

Acronon, Only thing I could think of is if you had an income planet - which someone stole just before you went onto PPT?
