I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it came across as weird to me.

I am on ppt. I untrained all my spys to put them to work in the mine. I checks my ac a few turns later and I had a bunch of spys. Ok, I don't always catch things so I thought maybe I didn't untrain them all. I untraied them and put them to work. Well wouldn't ya know it, next time I looked in on my ac I had more spys. I don't have a spy planet. I don't mind, this is the kinda thing I would like to accept, but not understand. GRRR, my luck I would end up being called a bug exploter.

you sure you have'nt untrained mineslaves then retrained them thinking it was spies i've done that a few times
