For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

Mercenaries

When i buy unites, this is a buy, not a rent right? I have to pay only once? Or is it a rent, and i would have to pay then,... ..., i don't know, every turn something for example?

considering mercs are worse then super soldiers paying for them every turn would be stupid

you buy them and thats it

oky tnx

now i tried to buy some Defending Mercenaries, and the error said that i can have onl 25 % of Mercenaries. I undestand that, but then i bought some Untrained Mercenaries and i was able to buy them as much as i wanted (as much as i could), now i'm wondering, how do i train this Mercenaries?

you dont train mercs

untrained mercs no longer do anything of any use they are now pretty much pointless they dont even fight with your army anymore

now it said you couldnt buy anymore def mercs because 25% of your army were mercs

go to the tech page and start buying merc control

or since they arent that strong you should just buy supers instead

Mercs cannot be trained, Untrained Mercs serve no purpose at all since I don't believe they can contribute in any way to attack/defense. Only to boost army size I guess.

they used to help in attack and defence but not anymore

untrained mercs do nothing. they artificially boost ure army size but nothing more. if u want mercs to get the weapons (if there are any left), buy atk/def mercs. u can use them to protect ure super, they are pretty damn good meat sheilds
