Numbers over technology, this has been proven.

the only reason that the wraith are not currently winning against the tauri is that they dont have enough food to nourish them, whereas back 10K years ago their entire galaxy was full of enough humans to make war.

in the milky way it would be the same situations thousand of billions of humans, easily allow them for all out war and officially pwning humans and goa'uld alike.

In ground Goauld have the supersoldiers, which can be replaced, and wraith would too, but supers are creations, instead of wraiths who are not created forms.
While wraith would die as supers, more&more supers would be created==>ground victory.
As for spacial, it's logical goaulds would pwn wraith. As darts cant do anything to hataks, the only wraith advantage would have no effects.==>spacial victory.

supers can no longer be created, that technology was unique to anubis, and now he has gone and the jaffa have control over tartarus, there is no way to create more, ba'al certainly doens thvae the technology.

where did you get the ancients only had a few ships?

they had an entire airspace of thos satalights which still got pwned...

and as i already said the wraith currently have problems

they dont have enough food to sustain their war effort as they did before vs the ancients.

now once they enter the MW they will have more than enough and their full might would be unleashed upon the goa'uld, they would more than likely grow more hives and have well above 60 (bearing in mind 60 was all that they had tracked, there may well be more and probably are)

I base my arguement on the wraith fleet in season 1 and the goa'uld fleet in season 8 before teh replicators and before humans arrived at pegasus from earth

Wraith have 60 or 70 ships - Goa'uld have hundreds and kull warriors and if not kull warriors there is plenty of kull armor lying around for normal jaffa

The Goa'uld would win

Ground

Wraith darts would be cut down en mass by gliders and alkesh with superior firepower and ground defenses and staff weapons would take out many more

Kull Soldiers of the wraith fire stun weapons Goa'uld Kull armor are immune to energy blasts and fire and fight with deadly force
Jaffa again they use deadly weapons and are much more battle oriented then Wratih warrios who havn't seen a war since the day of the ancients

Wraith Soldiers
have energy weapons inaffective against kull armor
like killing themselves with explosives in chest cavity

Fighters

Darts may have numbers and cruiser may have the guns but the number of alkesh and gliders would easly remove the cruisers and one shot from a hatak into the dart swarms would be catastophic

hataks
-Have shields
-Have many weapon and can use raid fire
-Atack in great force

Alkesh
Gliders
-numbers
-may fall to cruisers or darts but the massive impact of energy weapons on shieldless ships and in dart swarms would wipe out entire strike forces

-rapid fire
-no shields
-mainly living places and can't be repaired well etreme damage would leave it dead in the water

Also this is based on season 1 of atlantis and season 8 of stargate the peek of there known existances

all in all the goa'uld have seen more war and they would also find ways to cheat while the wraith are methodic and badly organized

yes indeed, but i believe the argument here is that kull warriors have the endurance and skill if you will.

you forget that the wraith would be invading and thus would no longer be starving, they would put their war machine into action start producing on mass hives, and various other ships.

no matter what you say, if the wriath had a steady food supply, AKA the MW they WOULD win against any enemy short of ancients prepared for them.

as they DID and always will have defeated teh ancients, so your arguments are invalid.

if all hive ships made it to MW then they would unite against the goa'uld, and the goa'uld WOULD lose, like the Ancients who are vastly superior to the goa'uld in every aspect lost.

as for superior fire power! lol what proof have you that the wraith weapon technology is less advanced than the goa'uld, if i remember correctly the wraith ships brought an asgard shield down to about 10% in a few shots!.

and as for kull armour, it is quite possible to develop a weapon given the correct technolgy (say ancient technology) that would overwhelm its properties...and if you forgot the wraith have some ancient technology

yes but they can't use it effectivly and this isn't a wraith invasion this is a battle so..goa'uld win i'm not saying there would'nt be huge loss of life on each side but the goa'uld outnumber them and are more military minded and the wraith can't rebuild there shps and the only two that were upgraded with ancient tech were destroyed

the wraith defeated the ancients, wether they can repair their ships or not they OBVIOUSLY had enough to keep throwing wave after wave at them, despite ginourmous technological inferiority.

you cant say its just goa'uld v wriath, there would be circumstances that would put them in that place and as goa'uld dont have intergalactic enginess it would have to be a wraith invasion, therfore the wraith would unite in their new lush feeding ground and like they did to the ancients obliterate the goa'uld.

no argument you can wield will sufice, they defeated teh ancients they could easily defeat the goa'uld in MW...

Point of fact, Gou'ald sheilding has never been tested against Wraith weaponry. The fact that the aincents, whose sheilding greatly outpowers Gou'ald, Asguard, or any known sheilding, lost to these Wraith suggests that the Wraith would be at least a match for the Gou'ald.

It would look like the battle with 6 asgards ships VS the Replicator ship in SG-1, but with far biggest numbers in both sides

Ok, you argument once over again is that the Wraith defeated the Ancients, but if you recall atlantis ep. 1 season 1. The ancients were OVER confident meaning that they could have won, i also dont kn ow how you got the delusion that the ancients had huge amounts of ships and stailite wepons.


They had at most 5-6 flying citys, they also didnt have that many warships, if you notice, when they find the Satilite, they conclude there werent that many, in case the ancients never had huge amounts of ships or soldiers, they never did so i dont know why you say that they did.


Wraith, thier numbers? Well the goa'uld have well over the amount of ships than the goa'uld jsut as osiris stated earlier, you said that when the wraith attacked they would feed and get more hives, this is completely irrelevent and wrong because hungery and weak the wraith would not win many if any battles, meaning they wouldnt feed, The aroura and the daudlus both terribly damaged were able to take out 2 fully functional wraith hives.


Now kull warriors, why did you say that anubis was the only person that held the secerts to making them? If u remember Ba'al was able to take them and reprogram them and possibly make more, meaning that they could make more kull, or at least make more kull armor.


Ok, if that isnt enough, Goa'uld take hosts, whats this? A warrior with the mind of the goa'uld and the stength of the wraith? This would also give the goa'uld the ability to invaltraite hives, then all they would have to do is kill the wraith in stacis.

For any of those thinking they can say,
"The wraith communicate using thier minds so they would know the goa'uld were there".

That isnt true, humans communicate with thier speech, so there is no reason why the goa'uld couldnt tap into the wraith brain network, plus the wraith who have never faces an enemy like the goa'uld would not know how to respond.
