Yes tecnically it is now called Cosmic exploration fleets. however for all intensive purposes it is UP and many do not know what CEF stands for yet. so really you are just being contratry for the fun of it?

Of course I was having fun, however stating just CEF is wrong. CER is the total. CEF is only part of the equation.

Since Hensenshi got onmy case so hard last time, Ill be a little more vague this time: somewhere between 5,817 and, oh lets say, 30k... give or take
