Cheaters not being banned?

I just dont see any of these cheater being posted in here getting banned.
Sure we might mass and sabb them a few times, but they are still getting away with it, yeah their might be some inactive but i still think banned/removed from game should be started.
I mean whats the point in a cheaters section if nothing is done about them.

Not having a go at admin or mods or anything, but a clean up once a week/month would be enough (Dunno if there is a time already)

What does everyone else think?

comments on cheaters here (note - since we have automated cheat detection, this is not checked frequently)

thats from the subforum description and after realising most of the guys that have been accused here never are being judged on by anyone but players I personally decided only to report big cheaters (like those having spy lev 35 @armysize 10K etc.-and directly to gamemod.)

imo this subforum is kinda useless to report multies (due to the reasons you mentioned dudey) and we should rather rely on gamemod and auto ban scripts being run on server.

last but not least:
a lil hint to the gamemod, of course i dont know the real script routine but you should adjust the scripts not only searching for same mac or Ip adresses (those can be masked and changed easily) but to filter all trades (be it direct or broker) that involve inactive accounts and take a look at them manually. dunno whats the average online time for a sgw player is but if a player only log on 1-3 times a week and then transferes all units and turns to someone else and maybe using all his MT without gaining any advantage for his own account from it -the trades should be tracked to its destination.
If that happens multiple times, the destination should get a lil ingame warning that hes suspected to multi by the given description. or publishing his name here might do it as well..

Actually there is a script that makes it impossible to transfer to inactive accounts.

I don't know what defines inactive, but I know when a friend started his account back up, i couldn't send him anything for about 3 days.

some peopleeither have quit playing, are taking a break, or whatever, and actually do log in once in a while to transfer everything to a friend... although not a multi, it is shady, but it is still legal

Game mod never answers me, nor does admin. I'm still farming multies from quantum i reported via e-mail and the cheaters board at around christmas.

Basically admin seems more bothered designing even more complicated auto-detection that is killing the server performance than actually checking anyone out...

Ironically when STI gets accused of cheating Gamemod gets off his butt to go check it out, anyone else posted on this board, forget about it...
