edit: and yeah i tryed reconing other people and i have plenty of covert turns its only with this account i cant recon

i have noticed this on other accounts, when the CFE were still in the war i reconed robe an that came up as well as a few other accounts

I've found that whenever a spy is unable to happen it goes to that blank screen, so im assuming its because someone sabbed him to his covert limit, or alot of ppl have been spying him...
