Planet bug....

There is another planet bug! If you keep attacking with your fleets you will mass the planets, and can get them! Which is unfair, they can mass ur planets, and if you take one that day you cant get one for 24hrs! So then you will have to wait 24hrs to get your own back and by then it is massed, and they have massed another one, or two or three.... In other words you cant keep up! Also that, planet stealer Morninglightmountain keeps massing my planets, and stole my covert planet!!!

Could this be made fair?
If it is fixed could I have my planet back?
