unable to log in????

ok, this is weird. when I go to the log in page the 3 digit code that had to be entered at the end has moved to the beginning but there is no code being displayed. just a blank white box. as I have no code displayed I cannot log in

Its a new code box, the letters and background are a similar colour to each other to stop 'picture readers'

and if it still wont show up try using the send pin to email- feature
