Thanks to a person's help I'm posting an improved suggestion. (the old one is down the post).
The asgard hologram has the chance to activate only if you got soldiers AND weapons. At least 1 of each.
Here you got the old suggestion.
[Before I say anything I will make this absolutely clear.
The asgard holos mechanics will not be affected at all!
I wanted to suggest that the asgard hologram technology would require you to charge it up. It wouldn't cost anything it would merely require you to click on a button placed in the tech or armoury screen. Each charge would allow you to activate 50 holos (that will still trigger randomly on the % of your tech). You can press this button anytime (even if you still got 30 charges left or even 49) and as often as you want but you must press it or else your holos will not work after being used 50 times since your last pressing.
Why is that?
Many dead accounts are sitting around and not doing anything. When people try to farm them they hit the holos (not the big deal). Now sometimes it happens that you hit it 3,4 and sometimes even 5 times in a row.
If you abbandon your account you basically stop all infrastructure working. It will degenerate without your rule. Defences get destroyed if not repaired, dead soldiers not replaced AND electricity will stop working, meaning the Hologram technology will not have enough energy to keep working.
I would like to stress that i am not suggestion a new technology or anything. Merely a button that you need to click once every 50 times your holos activate at least, or else they stop working. (Seeing as people thought 50 is too much this can be any number that people seem fitting.)

i like it, im an as-gard player, i think it would help everyone a lot. eg. i farm dead (and on the odd occasion not so) accounts for billions a day, now im not commplaining about it, i dont care, but some lower income players who dont have heaps of turns and see that 120mil account (i h8 to sound rich, but, HA, so pathetic) and think of it as soooooo great (again, HA) hit it with their last 15 turns, and, oops! dead account still holo's! it really does dellay new players getting power.

exactly what i mean. It doesn't bring any disadvantage to real players since it takes ages to get 50 holos in attacks, so i don't think you will have to press it that often. but it would make the dead accounts really dead.

wow this is well thaught out brilliant idea ime an asgaurd and i like this idea the best solution to the problem of holo's on dead accounts i have ever seen qudos to you halamala a brilliant plan may i suggest a poll?
if you immeadiatly know that candlelight is fire then the meal was cooked a long time ago

well I actually thought people might get annoyed that they'd have to click on it that often so tha't why i suggested a high number. I have no problem with it being any number.
I would actually even want to suggest that once you hit a holo once there is a 0% chance that you get it a second time in a row.

i dont like it. the only thing i hate in that tech, is that make imposible to RAID asgards, so, best way to solve this is:
ok, they creat a holo of make the enemy go in the wrong place, BUT once u r sucefull, u already KNOW where the CITY IS. so u will not wrong again, my sugestion is, every time u sucefull HIT one ASGARD, u will always be sucefull until the end of the DAY, that means, once u KNOW where the city is, the HOLOs will not fool u again, that will be a much better solution, and will fix the UNRAIDED ASGARDS.

its simpler just to remove race special tech from all races when they are ostracized , while making 30 days inactive accounts become ostracized.
Vacation should be the way to protect your account while away , not farm mode.
dude. you know on average how many attacks you'd need to do to activate 50 holos?
about 250. by that time you'll activate the phasing so i don't think you'd want to do that. besides I never heard of anyone that would bother to do 250 attacks to disable the holo tech and then use another 10 attacks to finish the account off. It's just not worth the time.
