Can I go on vacation after attacking someone?

I read that there is a 48 hour limit but I'm not sure and can't find it on the rules.

I'm going on vacation but have been attacking people and I don't know if I can do it

If you go to the page where it gives you the option to go on vacation mode, it'll tell you the limitations. Whether the limitations work I'm not sure. I seem to recall there being issues brought up about people massing, sabbing, ect., and then escaping onto vacation mode, despite the limit.
