I resized and rotated the background, added a small border and added the text.
Sadly I didn't make the actual background, because I love it [it's my desktop to].

Esker, and Colonol Michael are still using some of my designs from ages ago though.

Well weston made one of my sigs and ive used it for quite some time

But brocov just made me another great sig, so yeah
its the one with the hatak part in it...i quite like it
