my general drones are at -1

my general drones are at -1 and i can't train any of my defence drones into defence clones

No. My untrained units was -1. I had many attack spiders which could be trained into Human Form Attackers and more than sufficient naquadah. This was a bug, plain and simple.

negative bugs are simply part of the game, and no amount of coding will ever remove them.

However, there is a solution. They ALL fix themselves at the startof the next turn. Sooo, if you can't wait less than 30 minutes, then it's just a shame.
