(example: god,Supreme Commander,General...) what do they meen and how to get them

yeah i saw this

Titles given to you by your commander (Ex: Second, First Prime, Prodigy, Right Hand, Minion Lord)

Or by having officers
(Ex: God, First, Supreme Commander, General)



but how can be god if i don't have officers?

Someone could've made you his/her commander for at least 24 hours then moved to another commander or went to self command.
