It was ontopic as I said why the spammers want to buy accounts with high post count, because the way is shorter, I explained why few people do it nomatter if its allowed. Is spam can be ontopic?

not that I'm saying he should be banned again, but what's the point in banning one account and allowing him to use another...isnt that a little...well...redundant? I mean...he's not really learning anything apart from...well. what are you learning aphophis? lol
