What happen if you have no shilds on your mother ship and someone attack? do the destroy weapons? or where does damage goes?

If an opposing MS blows through your shields (or you have no shields), it then damages your MS weapons. If it gets through those, it adds its attack power to their ground forces.

Well maybe it didn't go past your shields.

There is talk about having your fleet hangers and such destroyed when another ms goes through your ms' defense, but it has not yet been implemented. Look here:

I also seem to recall there being a bug... with M/S sheilds.
Not sure if it regards you question.

Speaking of, when you say 'weapons' are you referring to fleets (which appear in the armory) or mothership weapons (which appear on the Mothership)
