WTH replicators again *spoiler-ish*
Am I the only who was disappointed with the replicators coming back to the Stargates Series'? They were annoying enough the first time around

last time, (in SG-1) it was replicators controlled by a very few human-form replicators... now there are only human-forms, but they behave mostly like ancients, and they use ancient technology... so stop complaining... besides, it is likely that they are going to be reprogrammed so that they are no longer as agressive, and that agressiveness is the fault that was in the programming of the replicators encountered in SG-1...
just think what kind of allies they would be aginst both the wraith and the ori...
what do you think the ori would do if the milky way galaxy was suddenly defended by fleets of fully operational ancient warships and city ships...

actually looking at it these arent the replicators we know.they are the same that they did replicate to form but they arent the same as the old replicators.and think about it just when we thought to destroy the weapon on dakara we need it again but now it is gone.

actually the dakara superweapon was never destroyed...
although that doesn't matter, as they are not going to be able to use it, it is after all a galaxy away...

if it has been destroyed, how can it be that spoilers claim that the free jaffa nation will use it during season 10?

i think the main weapons was disabled forever however, i think the jaffa studied the weapon and so are using a crude weapon of the same design.
And the replicators.. might still be affected by the weapon that the ancients designed coz it might have been created

they didn't destroy the weapon, as you can see below:
link to page this was on:
http://www.gateworld.net/sg1/s10/1007.shtml
and the difference between using the weapon on the human form replicators and the Asurans is that the Asurans act and think almost exactly like the ancients, and therefore they would be much better at thinking out ways to protect themselves... besides, the human-form replicators numbered at most perhaps ten, while the Asurans number in the millions... it would be extremely difficult to destroy all of them... after all, the ancients tried that, and they failed...
Meanwhile, Bra'tac and General Landry travel to the Free Jaffa homeworld of Dakara. There they confront Se'tak, a Jaffa military leader, about his questionable tactics in the war against the followers of the Ori. But Se'tak stands by his decision to use a powerful Ancient device against their enemy, even though its use violates the Jaffa's agreement with Earth -- and will result in the deaths of millions of innocents.

correction. theres billions of asurans on thier home planet and only a few nanites survived the ancient atk but enuff for them to restart
now we have a "fifth" human form equivalent
and what did they do to the asurans weapons? they should of kept them

I think the asurans are cool, though I'm not a fan of the replicators "lego blocks" the only reason I like the asurans is cause they use ancient technology which pwns everything else. I wonder if the outer ring of the asurans city can fly to, that would be creapy but cool. It would probley pwn the ori easly.
And offsub, I've finaly got to 100 post "woot woot" sry had to say it.

exactly. the old reps. existed only to replicate, making them cold/heartless/(insert cliche' adjective). the Asurans, on the other, live to take revenge, giving them a human quality that makes them a much different.
political correctness is a doctrine fostered by an illogical liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mass media that holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
