exploring/stealing planets with a ms.

Motherships that are exploring will not engage in battle, nor will their fleets.

Can you steal a planet and then immediatly send your ms to search for planets ? , could somebody try this out for me and tell me whether they could or not? , yes i am too lazy to do it myself.

Because if they can ,m then players who only play to steal planets can effectively hide , and that makes me mad "grrrr"
